- HELP AND Q & A's -
Here is a list of questions that you may have:Q: There are selling services like eBay, amazon and yahoo to sell my new/ painted/ modified/ used kits. Why would I need this?
A: Because on those services, there are usually big listing fees that are associated with the item. In eBay for example: There is a 9.86% fee that the seller must pay once the item has been sold. There are also fees associated with PayPal. And there are also listing fees. In total, the seller may only receive $71 of the total $85 the item sold for.
This means that charges and fees are cut down to an absolute minimum whilst still completely protecting the buyer and seller with PayPal's protection covers.
Q: What payment options are available?
A: Right now, there is only PayPal. PayPal was chosen because if any problems occurred between the seller and buyer with the transaction, PayPal has both members covered with their protection laws. This means if a problem had occurred, a refund can be issued. If you would like more information on this, please refer to the link below:

Q: Will there be a listing charge/ fee like there is on ebay?
A: Not now nor ever will there be a listing fee.
Q: Will I as either the seller or the buyer be charged with any extra fees once the item has been bought?
A: As at this current moment, there will be no extra fees or charges given to member involved. This means that once the buyer has paid the full listing price + shipping, no extra charges will be placed on anyone. At this current moment, this is a completely free service.
Q: So your telling me that I can list my item for sale and not have to pay a cent?
A: That is correct!
Q: So if a listing says $50 and we negotiated $10 for shipping, I only have to pay the total $60 to receive my item?
A: Yes.......and no. Yes it will only cost you $60 to have the item in your hands but in the rare occurrence that customs decides to charge you with any fees, you are still entitled to pay for it. Unfortunately that's how the world works, this is also the case with all the listing services that are available like eBay so it's really no different from them.
Q: What if a seller has listed it as $40 USD and I live in Australia? How will I know how much to pay them?
A: When you pay the seller, please choose to pay them as a Goods and Service. You will then be given the option to pay them in any currency you choose. Just pick USD and the amount of $40 and then PayPal will withdraw the correct amount of money (with exchange rates already dealt with) from your account.
Q: PayPal gives me the option of transferring money as a 'Gift' or as a 'Goods and Service'. Which do I choose?
A: Always pay them as a 'Goods and Service'. By doing so, you will be protected by PayPal's protection covers. If you decide to 'gift' them the money, please be aware that you are not covered in any way so only choose to gift when you are completely sure that you can trust the seller or if you know them personally. 'Gifting' is a little risky so it is advised that you transfer them the correct funds under the option 'Goods and service'.
